Slow, cold fermentation with native yeasts, no sulfites or other additives, makes Sixknot Cider unique. We don't make a lot of cider, but what we do make is made well. You can sample our ciders, and many other local and regional ciders, craft beer, wine and other beverages at our Taphouse in Winthrop on the Chewuch River.  Our Taphouse is a community effort, and we bring together not just regional craft fermentations and local grains, produce and cheese, but also our local musicians, actors and poets to the Sixknot Stage.  Come join us when you are in the Methow...
